Employer introductions

Innovion has unique partnerships with leading global, national and local employers within the engineering, manufacturing and technology sectors. 

Because we work so closely with our employer partners and support their apprenticeship recruitment campaigns, we can regularly update you on new opportunities that are available.  Through our recruitment, assessment centre activities and open events we help you to connect with employers to give you the best chance of securing the apprenticeship you want.

Recruitment and assessment centres

You will often see vacancies advertised on our website and social media channels. These apprenticeships are highly sought after so we encourage you to apply as soon as you see them. If you meet the criteria then we want to hear from you.

We will often process applications for employers and shortlist on their behalf, although some choose to do this themselves.  Either way, the employer makes the final decision on who to recruit.  The process can involve one or more employer interviews, participation in an assessment centre or other forms of ‘testing’ your suitability for the role.  Whatever it is, we will guide you through the process for each vacancy. Our assessment centres are a productive and efficient way to bring employers and applicants together.  We use practical and team activities to give you the opportunity to shine in front of employers, showcasing your technical, problem solving and communication skills.  You’ll also get a chance to network with employers and other applicants and ask questions of recruiting employers directly.
